Knowledge of using modern techniques and software is also must in this field. Imaginative skills, good communicative skills, ability to convert thoughts in to plans, management skills, presentation skills, etc. are also essential for interior designer.
How to get a career in Interior Designing?
After 10th one can go for diploma courses in interior designing. A bachelor of fine arts (BFA) with a specialization in interior designing can be obtained after passed in 10 + 2 or equivalent.

Job opportunities are available with interior designing of new constructions and also with renovations or expansions. They can get a job in construction industry. It is one of the best opportunity for self-employment as well as part-time job.
