The basic educational qualification required to become a professional in quality management is bachelor’s degree or higher in quality management. There were certificate or diploma courses are available in this field. One can obtain post graduate and higher degrees in quality management.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Mathematics, Statistics and Science is required for this profession. Along with that they must have analytical and problem-solving skills, Leadership qualities and communication skills are also considered to be essential for this profession. Ability to plan, adaptive skills, interest to update the knowledge, basic and essential computer knowledge, mathematical and statistical skills are also helpful for successful career in QA QC.
How to become a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager?
To become a QA QC manager, one has to obtain bachelor’s degree in quality management. Mostly the basic requirement in these courses is 10+2 with science group. A student with MBA can also get specialized in this area by obtaining a certificate course. The selection process in these courses are mostly based on entrance tests, group discussion and personal interview.
